The price differential of the Good Delivery material for the February 2020 contract month in the Rubber market has be determined as follows,
Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the February 2020 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.

Monetary Authority Of Singapore Advises Financial Institutions To Adopt Recommended Measures For DORSCON Orange

Following the raising of the Disease Outbreak Response System Condition (DORSCON) Alert Level from Yellow to Orange, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) issued an advisory on 7 February 2020 for financial institutions in Singapore to adopt additional measures and precautions. This is the third advisory to financial institutions since January 2020.

New York Attorney General Letitia James today announced her office has obtained an injunction protecting investors in private equity fund ACP X, LP (ACP) from further harm at the hands of Laurence G. Allen and the various corporate entities he controls. After a multi-day evidentiary hearing in January, Justice Barry R. Ostrager of the New York State Supreme Court found that the evidence produced by the Office of the Attorney General “revealed a shocking level of self-dealing, breaches of fiduciary duty, misappropriation of enormous sums of ACP capital, and outright fraud.”
