Federal Reserve Board Announces It Is Expanding The Scope And Eligibility For The Main Street Lending Program

The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced it is expanding the scope and eligibility for the Main Street Lending Program. As part of its broad effort to support the economy, the Federal Reserve developed the Main Street Lending Program to help credit flow to small and medium-sized businesses that were in sound financial condition before the pandemic.

FCA Third-Party Reviews Spike 68% In 2019/2020 Compared To Year Before – Financial Crime Is Still A Key Focus, Says Duff & Phelps

Figures released by the FCA about Skilled Persons Reports that were analysed by Duff & Phelps, the global advisor that protects, restores and maximises value for clients, revealed several important findings. The data shows that the regulator ordered 24 Skilled Person Reports in Q4 2019/2020. This brought the total for the year to 57, a 68% increase from 2018/2019 when only 34 reports were commissioned. That 2019/2020 figure represents the highest annual number of reports since 2012/13, when 113 reports were ordered. 

Intercontinental Exchange Approves Second Quarter Dividend Of $0.30 Per Share

Intercontinental Exchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading operator of global exchanges and clearing houses and provider of data and listings services, announced today a $0.30 per share dividend for the second quarter of 2020, which is up 9% from the $0.275 per share dividend paid in the second quarter of 2019. The cash dividend is payable on June 30, 2020 to stockholders of record as of June 16, 2020. The ex-dividend date is June 15, 2020.

Nasdaq Stockholm: Decision From The Disciplinary Committee Regarding Saab AB

The Disciplinary Committee at Nasdaq Stockholm has tried whether Saab AB (“Saab” or “the Company”) in two different cases has acted in breach of the Nasdaq Stockholm Rulebook for Issuers (“the Rulebook”). In Decision 2020:03, the Disciplinary Committee finds that Saab has acted in breach of the Rulebook, and has therefore ordered the Company to pay a fine of four annual fees, corresponding to an amount of SEK 7,767,039. In Decision 2020:04, the Disciplinary Committee finds that Saab did not act in breach of the Rulebook.
