  • Borsa Istanbul: Periodic Review For The BIST-KYD Corporate Eurobond Indices For The Period July-September 2020 Has Been Finalized

    In accordance with the article 3.3. of BIST-KYD Indices Ground Rules, periodic review for the BIST-KYD Corporate Eurobond Indices for the period July-September 2020 (July 1, 2020 – September 30, 2020) has been finalized. There is no Eurobond to be included in or excluded from the BIST-KYD Corporate Eurobond USD and BIST-KYD Corporate Eurobond USD (TRY) Indices and they will continue to be calculated with the same list of constituents in the period July-September 2020.

  • Shanghai Gold Exchange International Board-Launching Of Re-Export After Processing Business Of Standard Gold Ingot

    On June 18th, 2020, Bank of China Limited Shanghai Free Trade Zone Branch("BOC FTZ Branch"), an international member of Shanghai Gold Exchange ("SGE"), and Gold Mountains (Hong Kong) International Mining Limited, the subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group have completed the first “Re-export after Processing” business of standard gold ingot via the international board of Shanghai Gold Exchange ("SGEI"). In addition, on June 19th, the two parties have completed the first block trade of iAu99.5 contract on SGEI, which the underlying is 12.5kg standard gold ingot.

  • Thirty-Three Application Acceptance Notices Sent Shenzhen Stock Exchange Formally Accepts Applications From First Enterprises Under The ChiNext Board Pilot Project Of The Registration-Based IPO System

    According to the deployment and requirements specified by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) in the Notice on Arrangements for Matters Relating to Administrative Permission during the Transitional Period Before and After the Implementation of the Reform of the ChiNext Board and the Pilot Project of the Registration-based IPO System, SZSE recently started to accept issuance and listing application documents from enterprises that are under review for stock issuance or listing on the ChiNext Board. On June 22, SZSE issued an application acceptance notice to the first 33 enterprise applicants under the pilot registration-based IPO system of the ChiNext Board via the ChiNext Board listing review system. Relevant documents such as prospectus were also disclosed on the ChiNext Board Listing Review Information Publication Website. The first 33 enterprises (32 enterprises applying for IPO and one applying for refinancing) under review are sponsored by 18 sponsors.
