The following equity index futures and options contracts are delivered on May 15, 2020 at their respective final settlement prices:
IF2005 CSI 300 index futures contracts and the IO2005 series CSI 300 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 3922.45;
IC2005 CSI 500 index futures contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 5526.27;
IH2005 SSE 50 index futures contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 2825.83. -
Announcement On Publishing The Amendment Of Articles Of Association Of Shanghai International Energy Exchange

According to the Company Law, the Regulations on the Administration of Futures Trading and other laws and regulations, Shanghai International Energy Exchange (hereinafter referred to as “INE”), the subsidiary of Shanghai Futures Exchange, revised the relevant provisions in the Articles of Association regarding business scope and residence. After being approved by the shareholders’ general meeting of INE and reported to China Securities Regulatory Commission, INE has officially published the Amendment of the Articles of Association of Shanghai International Energy Exchange Co., Ltd.

A Statement From HM Treasury Regarding The European Commission’s Notification Of Infraction Proceedings On The UK’s VAT Treatment Of Certain Commodity Derivatives Trading

On 15 May the European Court of Justice issued its ruling in this case. We are reviewing the decision of the Court and will provide further details on next steps in due course. The decision does not require businesses to pay any VAT on historic transactions, and the law applying to derivatives trades today means no VAT is due. That will remain the case while the UK considers next steps in the light of the ruling.
