Due to activity in the underlying markets upon which the Nadex contracts are based and pursuant to the authority granted in Nadex Rule 12.1(i), Nadex took the following actions: 

• No EUR/JPY or GBP/USD 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 6, 2021;

• No GBP/JPY, GBP/USD, or USD/CAD 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 7, 2021;

• No GBP/JPY 5-Minute contacts were listed for the 6:05pm ET expiration time on trade date September 8, 2021.

MIAX Options Exchange - SPIKES Special Settlement Auction Settlement Reference Price Opening Width And SPIKES Valid And Priority Quote Width Tables

MIAX Options will continue to use the Settlement Reference Price Opening Width and Valid and Priority Quote Width tables detailed in MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2021-04 for opening SPY options used in all future SPIKES Special Settlement Auctions. Any changes to the Settlement Reference Price Opening Width and Valid and Priority Quote Width tables detailed in MIAX Options Regulatory Circular 2021-04 will be communicated via a Regulatory Circular.
