Office Of The Comptroller Of The Currency Releases Community Reinvestment Act Evaluations For 23 National Banks And Federal Savings Associations

The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) today released a list of Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) performance evaluations that became public during the period of December 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. The list contains only national banks, federal savings associations, and insured federal branches of foreign banks that have received ratings. The possible ratings are outstanding, satisfactory, needs to improve, and substantial noncompliance. Of the 23 evaluations made public this month, 16 are rated satisfactory, and seven are rated outstanding.

The Commodity Futures Trading Commission today entered an order filing and simultaneously settling charges against Delaware-registered Blockratize, Inc. d/b/a Polymarket, based in New York City, for offering off-exchange event-based binary options contracts and failure to obtain designation as a designated contract market (DCM) or registration as a swap execution facility (SEF).

CFTC Swaps Report Update

The CFTC Swaps Report provides a detailed weekly snapshot of the gross notional outstanding as of the Friday two and a half weeks prior to the CFTC Swaps Report’s Monday publication date, as well as a detailed weekly total of the transaction volume (on both a ticket volume and dollar volume basis) ending that same Friday, in three asset classes (interest rate swaps, credit default swaps, and foreign exchange swaps).
