Different firms capture the information in different ways, which then needs to be submitted to different regulators across numerous jurisdictions in a variety of formats, creating an operational headache and the potential for errors and inconsistencies. There’s now an opportunity to change this amid increased use of a common standard for risk data – a development that, as adoption grows further, will dramatically reduce the burden of compiling and interpreting risk data, increase the accuracy and consistency of the information reported, and pave the way for greater automation.

    The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that it updated its list of unregistered entities that use misleading information to solicit primarily non-U.S. investors, adding 55 soliciting entities, four (4) impersonators of genuine firms, and five (5) bogus regulators.

    As per the Securities market risk parameters methodology, on 09.06.2021, 21-01 (MSK) the upper bound of the price band (up to 38400) and initial margins (up to 36.25 %) for the security MSTR-RM were changed. New values are available here
