US Treasury Issues State Small Business Credit Initiative Program Implementation Guidance - The State Small Business Credit Initiative Provides $10 Billion To Expand Access To Capital For Small Businesses Emerging From The Pandemic, Build Opportunity, And Create High-Quality Jobs Across America

Today, the U.S. Department of the Treasury issued capital program implementation guidance for the State Small Business Credit Initiative (SSBCI) Program. The American Rescue Plan Act reauthorized and expanded the Small Business Jobs Act of 2010, which established the original SSBCI program. The new version of the program will provide a combined $10 billion to states, the District of Columbia, territories, and Tribal governments to empower small businesses to access capital needed to invest in job-creating opportunities as the country emerges from the pandemic. The funds will also support recipient jurisdictions in promoting American entrepreneurship and democratizing access to startup capital across the country, including in underserved communities.

ETFGI Reports ETFs And ETPs Listed Globally Have Gathered Over 1 Trillion US Dollars In Net Inflows In The First 10 Months Of 2021

ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm covering trends in the global ETFs and ETPs ecosystem, reported today that ETFs and ETPs listed globally gathered net inflows of US$116.21 billion during October, bringing year-to-date net inflows to US$1.04 trillion which is higher than the US$538.26 billion gathered at this point last year and significantly higher then the record US$762.77 billion gathered in all of 2020. Assets invested in the global ETFs/ETPs industry have increased by 5% from US$9.50 trillion at the end of September 2021, to US$9.98 trillion at the end of October, according preliminary data collected by ETFGI's October 2021 Global ETFs and ETPs industry landscape insights report, an annual paid-for research subscription service. ESMA Publishes Technical Standards On Crowdfunding

The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA), the EU’s securities markets regulator, has today published a Final Report on technical standards (RTS and ITS) under the Crowdfunding Regulation (ECSPR). This marks an important milestone towards harmonising the new European crowdfunding regime.
