4DMed Limited: BaFin Prohibits 4DMed Limited From Offering The Securities Of 4dmed Limited To The Public

On 1 February 2022, BaFin prohibited 4DMed Limited, which states that its registered office is in the United States of America, from offering the securities the shares of 4DMed Ltd. to the public. BaFin imposed the prohibition because the company had infringed Article 3(1) of the EU Prospectus Regulation. For this reason, 4DMed Limited may not offer the securities the shares of 4D Med Ltd. to the public in Germany.
