The Eastern Magistrates’ Court today sentenced Mr Danny Fung Kwong Shing to two-and-a-half months’ imprisonment following his conviction of the offences of engaging in fraud or deception in transactions involving securities under section 300 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO) in a prosecution brought by the Securities and Futures Commission.

Nasdaq Dubai Welcomes Listing Of AED 1.5 Billion Treasury Bonds Issued By The UAE Federal Government

Nasdaq Dubai today welcomed the listing of AED 1.5 billion Dirham-denominated treasury bonds issued by the UAE Federal Government acting through the Ministry of Finance. The two tranches with a total value of AED 750 million each, are part of the AED 9 billion T-Bond issuance program for 2022.
