• The President and Members of the TGE Management Board were appointed following a competition procedure.
• The new term of office will commence on the day following the date of the General Meeting approving the Company’s financial statements for the financial year ended 31 December 2023
• Piotr Zawistowski will serve as President of the TGE Management Board until the expiry of his current mandate. After its expiry, the cooperation is planned to continue in a different formula
