  • Standard & Poor's - Index Adjustment - TSE And S&P/TSE Canadian Indices

    Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces that effective after the close of business on Friday, September 21, 2001 the relative weights of the companies in the TSE and S&P/TSE Canadian Indices will be adjusted. The relative weight change reflects the quarterly update to the float shares of various companies. Changes to the indices are in accordance with TSE 300 Composite Index Maintenance Policies.

    Due to recent events, the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., has postponed until further notice the launch of calendar spread options contracts based on Brent and light, sweet crude oil futures, originally scheduled for tomorrow.

  • Meeting Of the Board Of Oslo Børs On 20 September 2001

    At a meeting held today, the Board of Oslo Børs resolved to admit ABG Sundal Collier Norge ASA as a member of Oslo Børs. The Board also resolved to extend the deadline for the first day of listing for PA Resources AB to 12 October 2001. The company was previously subject to a requirement that listing should commence no later than 20 September.

  • Martine Charbonnier Appointed Euronext NV's New Executive Director Of Listing

    Martine Charbonnier has been appointed as Executive Director of Listing at Euronext NV with effect from 1 September 2001. She replaces Dominique Leblanc, who has moved to Viel & Cie. As Executive Director of Listing, she will be responsible for the listing departments in Paris, Amsterdam and Brussels, and will also be part of the Executive Committee of Euronext NV.
