The SWX Swiss Exchange (SWX) has ascertained that Zehnder Group AG (Zehnder) has failed to comply with some of its obligations under Art. 64 of the Listing Rules. Contrary to the Directive on Information Relating to Corporate Governance, Zehnder did not fully disclose payments to members of the board of directors in its 2003 annual report. STOXX Ltd., the leading European index provider, today launched two indexes that measure the performance of the 10 new member states that joined the European Union in May 2004.
