In The First Half Of 2005, The Volume Of Trade In The MICEX Group’s Markets Exceeded 350 Billion Dollars: 1.6-Fold Growth Over 2004

The MICEX Group has announced the results of its work in the first half of 2005. From 1 January till 30 June 2005, the total volume of trade in all markets of the MICEX Group amounted to 350.7 billion US dollars, 1.6 times more than in the same period of 2004.

CBOT July 13, 2005 Treasury Conversion Factors

The attached conversion factor tables for Chicago Board of Trade US Treasury Bond and Note futures have been revised to include conversion factors for the following government security that was auctioned on July 13 by the US Treasury Department: 1.) 3-7/8s of July 2010 (i.e., a new 5-year note) This 5-year note will be eligible for delivery into CBOT 5-Year US Treasury Note futures starting with the September 2005 expiry.

Warsaw Exchange Announces The WIG Index New All-Time High

The WIG, all-share index, closed at its highest ever level since its launch in April 1991. The market benchmark reached today 29,248.18 points on the close of business. The previous record was set July, 8th with 28,925.62. WIG scaled it’s all-time high for the fifth time this month.
