Qatar Stock Exchange Listed Companies Reported QR 12.54 Billion Net Profits For The Q1, 2023

50 companies listed on Qatar Stock Exchange disclosed their financial results for the period ending on March 31, 2023, the value of their net profits for that period amounted to 12.54 billion Qatari riyals, compared to 13.94 billion Qatari riyals for the same period last year 2022, an decrease of 10.04%.

On 5 May 2023, SZSE officially released the Business Guidelines for the Duration Regulation of Corporate Bonds No. 1 – Periodical Reports (the “Guidelines for Periodical Reports”) and the Business Guidelines for the Duration Regulation of Corporate Bonds No. 2 – Interim Reports (the “Guidelines for Interim Reports”). The guidelines aim to further strengthen the building of the information disclosure mechanism with a focus on solvency, enhance the effectiveness and pertinence of information disclosure, urge market entities to fully fulfill their responsibilities, and improve the quality and efficiency of bond duration regulation.
