    Turnover The total turnover on all market segments of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange (LJSE) in September 2005 amounted to SIT 14.4 billion. The turnover in September was therefore 13.8% lower than last year's average. Compared to September 2004, the total turnover decreased in size by SIT 6.8 billion (-32.2%).     The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced that Joy Gaines Thompson has been named as the Acting District Administrator of the SEC's Philadelphia District Office (PDO). The office is responsible for the SEC's examination and enforcement programs in an area comprising Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia and the District of Columbia.
