Jeffrey Risinger Designated Acting Executive Director

Securities and Exchange Commission Chairman Christopher Cox today announced the selection of Jeffrey Risinger as the agency's Acting Executive Director. Mr. Risinger replaces Jim McConnell, who retired from the agency Friday following 20 years of SEC service.
