Standard & Poor’s Announces Quarterly Rebalancing For The S&P ADR Indices

As part of the S&P Global 1200 IWF and share rebalancing, Standard & Poor’s will make changes in the IWF and number of ADRs used for the purpose of calculating the S&P ADR Indices. The changes will be effective at the close of business on Friday, June 16, 2006. The following link contains additional details about the changes:

Standard & Poor's, as part of the quarterly rebalancing, will update the shares outstanding for several constituents of the S&P Global 100, S&P Europe 350, S&P Asia 50, S&P ASX/50, and S&P Latin America 40 Indices. All changes will become effective after the close of business Friday, June 16, 2006.

OMX Launches Nordic Disclosure & News Service

OMX launches OMX Disclosure & News Service, a Nordic Baltic information distribution service. The new service is tailor-made for the companies on OMX’s Nordic Exchange and will improve their ability to communicate globally with investors and the media. The service will become a portal for information about companies on the Nordic Exchange. The media, investors and corporate companies will benefit from the new service, which will be introduced in the forth quarter of 2006.

Australian Stock Exchange Limited (“ASX”) and SFE Corporation Limited (“SFE”) today announced that the merger proposal to be considered by shareholders of SFE on 5 July 2006 will be modified to reflect the decision of the ASX Board to appoint Robert Elstone as CEO of the merged group, if the merger is approved.
