Ubizen Removed From The BELS Pre Selection

Following today’s publication by Cybertrust of the prospectus for the bid on the remaining Ubizen shares it does not yet own, Euronext was informed that Ubizen’s free float had fallen to 8.08%. Taking this new information into account the free float band for Ubizen drops to 10% and subsequently it does not meet the minimum free float market cap thresholds. Therefore, contrary to what was announced by Euronext on the 15 June 2006 (Ref.: EBID2006_012GB), Ubizen will not be included in the BEL

The Stock Exchange of Thailand’s (SET) Research and Information Division established a research and information portal on the Exchange’s website, www.set.or.th, today (June 20, 2006). NYBOT To List Agricultural And Financial Products On Electronic Platform

The Board of Governors of the New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) has decided to extend its product listings for electronic trading to include its agricultural products. Previously, the Exchange adopted a policy that called for its financial contracts to be made available on an electronic platform. Plans for an electronic trading system are in development at NYBOT, the world’s leading “soft” commodity exchange.
