Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Monday, April 30, 2007: Camphor Ventures Inc. (TSXVN:CFV) will be removed from the index. The company will be delisted from the TSX Venture Exchange pursuant to an Offer to Purchase agreement with Mountain Province Diamonds Inc. BOX Rolls Out 74 New Classes

On Monday April 30, 2007, BOX completed the first phase of its expansion program by rolling out 74 new classes, to reach a total of 914 classes currently traded on the Exchange. In addition, during coming weeks, BOX will launch the second phase of its expansion progam and add approximately 400 additional classes for trading (subject to regulatory approval).

SEC Announces Start Of $357 Million Fair Fund Distribution Process In Fannie Mae Settlement

The Securities and Exchange Commission today announced the beginning of the distribution process for a $357 million Fair Fund created as part of a settlement last year with Federal National Mortgage Association (Fannie Mae) on charges of financial fraud in connection with the preparation of its annual and quarterly financial statements. The distribution is expected to be completed by October.

Six CBOE Seats Traded This Morning - Four Sales Today Topped Last Week's Records

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced that six CBOE seats, or memberships, traded this morning. Two of the sales, for a price of $2,300,000 each, equaled last week's record high price set on Monday, April 23rd. A third sale was recorded this morning for $2,395,000, while three sales for $2,400,000 respectively, established a new all-time high for CBOE.

Deutsche Börse: Thomas Eichelmann To Become New CFO

Thomas Eichelmann has been appointed the next Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Börse AG. The Supervisory Board of Deutsche Börse approved the contract of employment on Monday. Deutsche Börse will determine the date for Eichelmann’s appointment in consultation with his current employer Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
