Sinochem International (Overseas) Pte Ltd Joins Singapore Commodity Exchange As New Clearing Member

The Singapore Commodity Exchange (SICOM) is pleased to welcome Sinochem International (Overseas) Pte Ltd as its new Clearing Member – Dealer. Sinochem was a SICOM Trade Member since 1 April 2004 and has upgraded its SICOM membership to Clearing Membership wef 25 June 2007.
Swedish Government To Review OMX-Nasdaq Tie-up

The Swedish government is to review the proposed USD3.7 bn (EUR2.7bn) takeover of Nordic bourses owner OMX by Nasdaq. The government fears companies could be forced to operate under U.S. stock market rules.
SWX Swiss Exchange: Rodolfo Straub To Become New Head Of Admission Division

Rodolfo Straub, Head of Capital Markets at the Zürcher Kantonalbank, will take over as Head of Admission at the SWX Swiss Exchange in the fourth quarter of 2007. He will succeed Daniel Keist, who will be leaving the company at the end of July 2007. In the person of Rodolfo Straub, SWX will be gaining the services of a proven expert in Swiss capital market matters.
ASX Cash Market Pricing Update

In April 2007, ASX Limited (ASX) provided an update on Cash Market fees1. In that announcement, ASX detailed a new cash market rebate scheme to commence 1 July 2007: the Large Participant Rebate (LPR) scheme. In advance of this week's Federal Open Market Committee meeting on June 28, the Chicago Board of Trade will be reporting daily rate change probabilities in the FOMC's federal funds target rate, as indicated by the CBOT 30-Day Federal Funds futures contract.
