  • Euroclear France Reaches Key Milestone With Fund Orderrouting Platform

    Euroclear France has processed over 10,000 instructions per month on its investment fund order-routing platform – a key milestone. Seventeen account holders, representing more than 45% of investment-fund order flows in France, and 10 centralising agents, accounting for about 80% of all order flows in France, are currently connected to the platform.

  • Xtrakter: Credit Crunch Hits 2007 Bond Issues By 26.5%

    Xtrakter released figures today outlining that a 26.5% (USD 421.56 billion) drop in new bond issues occurred in the second half of 2007. This decline was in contrast to earlier increases made in the first half of the year. Specifically Q3 figures declined by 28.7% (USD 202.64 billion) and Q4 figures declined by 24.8% (USD 218.94 billion) when compared to the same period in 2006 (www.xtrakter.com).
