CME Group Announces Retirement Of Nancy W. Goble - Appoints Jill A. Harley As Chief Accounting Officer

CME Group, the world's largest and most diverse derivatives exchange, today announced that Nancy Goble, Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer, will retire after nearly 11 years of service, effective June 1, 2008. The company has appointed Jill Harley, formerly Chief Accounting Officer for The Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), to assume the role of Managing Director and Chief Accounting Officer effective March 1, 2008.

Fee Rate Advisory #7 For Fiscal Year 2008

Pursuant to Section 31(j) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, the Commission has determined it must reduce the Section 31 fee rate. Effective April 1, 2008, the Section 31 fee rate for fiscal 2008 will decrease almost 50 percent, from the current rate of $11.00 per million to a revised rate of $5.60 per million.

NYMEX To Launch Fifteen New Petroleum Swap Futures Contracts On NYMEX ClearPort®

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., a subsidiary of NYMEX Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: NMX), today announced that it will introduce 15 new financially-settled swap futures contracts on March 9 for the trade date March 10. These contracts include an EIA on-highway diesel swap, various gasoil swaps, two heating oil swaps, two fuel oil swaps and a Gulf Coast diesel vs. jet fuel swap futures contract.
