The Commodity Futures Trading Commission's (CFTC) Office of General Counsel today announced that it issued a no-action letter permitting the offer and sale in the United States of Eurex Deutschland’s (Eurex’s) futures contract based on the RDXxt USD-RDX Extended Index (RDXxt).

The Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) today announced the schedule and beginning of registration for 14 regional CCOutreach BD seminars.
