    Pursuant to Section 5c(c)(1) of the Commodity Exchange Act, as amended (“Act”), and Section 40.2(a) of the regulations promulgated by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the “Commission”) under the Act (the “Regulations”), North American Derivatives Exchange, Inc. (“Nadex”, the “Exchange”), Nadex self-certified the terms and conditions for its new AVAX Cryptocurrency Event Contracts. These contracts will be listed on or after trade date November 20, 2023.

    ETFGI, a leading independent research and consultancy firm covering trends in the global ETFs ecosystem, reported today that ETFs industry in Europe gathered net inflows of US$17.25 billion during October, bringing year-to-date net inflows to US$120.25 billion. Assets have increased 11.7% YTD in 2023, going from US$1.42 trillion at end of 2022 to US$1.58 trillion at the end of October, according to ETFGI's October 2023 European ETFs and ETPs industry landscape insights report, the monthly report which is part of an annual paid-for research subscription service.
