NYSE Euronext Successfully Prices $750 Million Senior Notes

NYSE Euronext (NYX) today announced that it priced an underwritten public offering of $750 million in aggregate principal amount of 4.80% senior notes due June 28, 2013 in the United States . NYSE Euronext intends to use the net proceeds from this offering for general corporate purposes, including, without limitation, the repayment of existing debt.
