    Today, Judge James Peck of the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York approved the purchase by Barclays Capital Inc., a registered futures commission merchant (FCM), of Lehman Brothers Inc., a registered FCM and subsidiary of Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
