Standard & Poor's Announces Changes In The S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Friday, September 11, 2009: The shares of Mega Silver Inc. (TSX-V:MSR) will trade under the new name Mega Precious Metals Inc. The new ticker symbol will be "MGP" and the new CUSIP number will be 58516L 10 8. There is no consolidation of capital.

Barclays Capital Takes Equity Stake In Tradeweb

Tradeweb, a leading global provider of online markets, yesterday announced that Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank PLC, has taken a minority equity stake in its business. In connection with the transaction, Thomson Reuters and its dealer-owners will invest an additional $68 million in total, reinforcing their commitment to Tradeweb's electronic markets.
