Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350 and S&P United Kingdom indices, effective after the close of trading on Thursday, 5 February 2009: Tullow Oil (United Kingdom, SEDOL: 0150080, GICS: Energy, GICS Code: 10102020), a member of the S&P Europe 350 and S&P United Kingdom indices, shares will increase to 799,800,000 following placing with institutional investors. There will be no IWF change.

Kansas City Board Of Trade Announces Officers, Directors For 2009 - James W. Neville, Jr. Elected Chairman

The Kansas City Board of Trade announces 2009 officers and directors, who took office at a regular board meeting held on Tuesday, Jan. 27. Members of the Kansas City Board of Trade elected James W. Neville, Jr., an individual member, as chairman in an election held earlier this month. Neville served as first vice chairman of the KCBT in 2008 and as second vice chairman in 2007. The first vice chairman traditionally has assumed the chairmanship of the KCBT in the following year.
