88 Billion Euro Turnover At Deutsche Börse In June - 13.3 Million Trades Executed On Xetra - Total Volume Of €102 Billion Traded On All Stock Exchanges In Germany

In June, €87.9 billion were turned over on Xetra® and on the floor at Börse Frankfurt – a decrease of 49 percent year-on-year (June 2008: €171.9 billion). Of the €87.9 billion turnover €81.7 billion were traded on Xetra, a decrease by 50 percent year-on-year (June 2008: €164.4 billion) and €6.2 billion on the floor (June 2008: €7.6 billion).

Dow Jones Indexes Launches Dow Jones Islamic Market International Titans 100 Index - The Index Will Underlie First Shari'ah-Compliant ETF In The U.S.

Dow Jones Indexes, a leading global index provider, today announced it licensed the Dow Jones Islamic Market International Titans 100 Index to Javelin Investment Management, an investment adviser registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The blue-chip index will underlie the first Shari'ah compliant exchange-traded fund listed in the U.S. The JETS Dow Jones Islamic Market International Index Fund (JVS) will be available at New York Stock Exchange today.

Share Trading in June The value of average daily share trading amounted to EUR 2.0 billion, as compared to EUR 2.7 billion during the past 12-month period. The average number of trades per business day amounted to 197,236, as compared to 222,407 during the past 12-month period. The total market cap of listed companies at NASDAQ OMX Nordic Exchange amounted to EUR 494 billion, compared to EUR 706 billion in June 2008.

CME Group Announces Increase In Minimum Tick Size For 30-Year U.S. Treasury Bond Futures
