    Christian Reuss is to assume the role of CEO of Scoach Schweiz AG and Scoach Europa AG, Frankfurt, with effect from 1 June 2009.   • Appointment Of Charles Li As The Next Chief Executive Of HKEx And Renewal Of Senior Executives' Contracts

    The Board of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) has appointed Charles Li to succeed Paul Chow as the chief executive of HKEx and an ex-officio member of the Board, effective 16 January 2010. Mr Chow will retire from his current office on 15 January 2010. To ensure a smooth transition, Mr Li will join HKEx on 16 October this year. HKEx announced in March last year that Mr Chow planned to retire from HKEx in 2010.
