The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today announced that on August 17, 2009, it filed a joint action in federal court in San Diego with the Commissioner of Corporations for the State of California, charging MAK 1 Enterprises Group, LLC, (MAK 1) and Chief Executive Officer Mohit A.
