Tokyo Commodity Exchange today announced that July 2010 trading volume averaged 97,446 contracts per day, down 1.8% from June 2010. Gold standard, which is the Exchange’s most traded commodity, increased by 6.4% from the previous month to 44,531 contracts per day and gold mini increased by 7.0% to 7,994 contracts per day. BM&FBOVESPA has announced that Itaú Unibanco S.A. won the bidding process for the selection of a securities portfolio manager for the ETF based on the BM&FBOVESPA Financial Index (IFNC). Itaú Unibanco S.A. obtained a 3-year exclusive license for the use of the IFCN and the creation of its ETF (ETF IFCN). OneChicago Reports July 2010 Volume, Up 99% From July 2009, Open Interest Up 72% From June 2009

OneChicago, LLC (“OCX”) today reported that 599,564 security futures contracts traded at the Exchange in July 2010, an increase of 99% from July 2009. Year to date volume was 2,591,742, up 143% from 2009.

Boston Options Exchange Price Improved Contracts Continue Impressive Ascent

In the month of July, price improved contracts on BOX soared to an average of 200,244 per day, a five-fold increase over the level registered only five months ago. Price improvement versus the prevailing NBBO for contracts submitted via the Boston Options Exchange’s (“BOX”) price improvement auction (‘PIP’*) averaged $1.15 per contract. IntercontinentalExchange (NYSE: ICE), a leading operator of regulated global futures exchanges, clearing houses and over-the-counter (OTC) markets, reported strong futures volume growth in July 2010.
