KDPW Poland: Number Of Securities Accounts In July 2011

The number of securities accounts operated by KDPW Participants grew by 3,469 in July 2011. Banks and brokerage houses operated 1,530,995 accounts at the end of last month.

Securities Commission Malaysia Revises Outsourcing Guidelines

The Securities Commission Malaysia (SC) today released its revised Guidelines on Outsourcing for Capital Market Intermediaries (Guidelines), which replaces the Guidelines on Performance of Supervisory Functions at Group Level for Capital Market Intermediaries and Guiding Principles for Outsourcing of Back Office Functions for Capital Market Intermediaries.

CBOE Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ: CBOE) today announced that for a second consecutive trading day, trading volume at Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) reached a new all-time high. The reported 10,856,041 options contracts that changed hands during today's trading session slightly exceeded the 10,825,600 contracts traded on Friday, August 5.
