ISE To Launch New Competitive Market Maker Trading Rights Program On September 1

The International Securities Exchange (ISE) announced that it has received approval from the Securities and Exchange Commission to restructure its Competitive Market Maker (CMM) trading rights and will launch the new program on September 1, 2011. The new structure grants greater flexibility to current and new CMMs to select the options classes they would like to quote.

Mr. Ahmed Aweidah, CEO of the Palestine Exchange (PEX) announced the end of the financial statement disclosure period for listed companies for the first half of 2011, completed at the end of business day on Monday, August 15th.

Deutsche Börse: IPO Of amalphi AG In Entry Standard

amalphi AG (ISIN: DE0008131350) was admitted to trading in Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange on 18 August. 1,000,000 ordinary bearer shares were included in trading at flotation. The initial listing price was €15.25.

Margin Rates On Thai Futures Exchange To Be Raised From Aug. 19

The Thailand Futures Exchange Plc (TFEX), a subsidiary of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET), will raise margin rates on SET50 index futures and gold futures due to higher market volatility. The new rates will be effective from August 19, 2011.
