NYSE Arca Tech 100 Index® Announces Change To Index Components

NYSE Euronext Inc., today announced that the NYSE Arca Tech 100 Index® will replace the following constituents in the index as a result of a corporate action. The changes are effective as of market close on Friday, July 8, 2011.
United Stock Exchange Of India Appoints SBI As 10th Clearing And Settlement Bank - Registers 51 Clearing Members And 408 Trading Members

United Stock Exchange of India has appointed State Bank of India (SBI) as its clearing and settlement bank. The total number of clearing and settlement banks stands at 10 at present. The list of clearing members on USE now rises to 51 which include banks as well as financial services firms spread across the country. The total number of trading members stands tall at 408. The total applications received for membership is over 529.

The Federal Reserve Board (Board) and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) on Wednesday issued final rules to implement the credit score disclosure requirements of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act. If a credit score is used in setting material terms of credit or in taking adverse action, the statute requires creditors to disclose credit scores and related information to consumers in notices under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
