The following replacements shall be made in the below mentioned indices. Vide Notice No. 20120516-17, dated May 16, 2012 India Securities Ltd. (BSE Code: 500204) has been suspended w. e. f. May 17, 2012 as per SEBI’s advise. At present company is constituent of BSE-200 BSE-500 & BSE-Midcap Index, which necessitates its exclusion.

PLUS Markets Group Statement Regarding Press Speculation

The Board of PLUS Markets Group plc ("PLUS" or the "Group") notes the recent press speculation and makes the following update to shareholders.

The Group can confirm that it is in talks with ICAP plc that may lead to the disposal of its subsidiary company PLUS Stock Exchange plc ("PLUS-SX"), the cash equities recognised investment exchange for a nominal amount due to the loss making nature of PLUS-SX. As indicated in previous announcements, the board believe that this would be in the best interests of shareholders to preserve remaining shareholder value. There can, however, be no certainty that a transaction will complete.

Nomura, the global investment bank, has hired Wendy Liu as Managing Director and Head of China Equity Research, based in Hong Kong. Wendy will be responsible for managing Nomura's China equity research product and writing its China strategy research, aligning and coordinating the firm's research views on the China market. She will jointly report to Stewart Callaghan, Head of Equity Research, Asia ex-Japan and Zhizhong Yang, Chairman and CEO, China Region.
