The European Energy Exchange (EEX), in its capacity of the transitional auction platform for the Federal Republic of Germany, could not execute today's auction of EU Allowances (EUA) for the third trading period, because it would have cleared below the reserve price.

BME reported net profit of €135.5 million in 2012, down 12.7% year-on-year. The fourth quarter of 2012 closed with adjusted profit of €30.4 million, a year-on-year decline of 17.2%.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Malaysia Securities) has publicly reprimanded Can-One Berhad (CANONE) and its seven directors for breaching the Bursa Malaysia Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR). In addition, the seven directors were fined a total of RM350,000.
