The 2014 INC.500 is the most competitive crop in the list's history. The average company on the list achieved a monumental three-year growth of 516%. The INC.500 is an annual ranking of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the United States, introduced in 1982.

ASX Offers To Invest In Yieldbroker

ASX and Yieldbroker today announced that ASX has made a binding proposal to Yieldbroker’s shareholders to acquire a 49% shareholding in Yieldbroker for a total of $65 million. This would make ASX a significant investor alongside ANZ, CBA, Citi, Deutsche Bank, J.P. Morgan, Macquarie, NAB, RBC, RBS, Toronto Dominion, UBS and Westpac.

CalPERS Names Ted Eliopoulos Chief Investment Officer

The California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) today announced that Ted Eliopoulos has been selected as CalPERS Chief Investment Officer (CIO), permanently assuming responsibility for leading the investment office at the nation's largest public pension fund. Eliopoulos currently serves as CalPERS' Interim Chief Investment Officer.

CFTC Approves Final Rule And Proposed Rule At Its Open Meeting Today

Today the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) approved a Final Rule and a Proposed Rule at an Open Meeting, as follows:
With a unanimous vote, the CFTC approved the Final Rule on Exclusion of Utility Operations-Related Swaps with Utility Special Entities from De Minimis Threshold for Swaps with Special Entities.

Thank you, for that kind introduction. As a born and bred New Yorker, it is a pleasure to be back in my hometown.
I want to focus my comments today on how we in the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice are addressing criminal conduct when it takes place at corporations and other institutions. I’ll begin with a short discussion about our evolving approach to such investigations. Then, I’ll turn to our thought process in deciding how to resolve charges against corporations with criminal exposure – or whether to bring criminal charges at all.
