EDHEC-Risk’s Annual European ETF Survey Confirms High Satisfaction Levels And Increasing Interest In Products Tracking Smart Beta Indices

EDHEC-Risk Institute has announced the results of the EDHEC European ETF Survey 2014, a comprehensive survey of 222 European ETF investors. The survey was conducted as part of the Amundi ETF & Indexing research chair at EDHEC-Risk Institute on “ETF and Passive Investment Strategies.”

Dalian Commodity Exchange Notice Of 2015 Seat Fees Due

Based on relevant rules and provisions governing seat fees of Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE), DCE in early April will withhold 2015 seat usage fees from the settlement reserve account of each member. The number of seats is calculated according to the valid seats as of March 31, 2015. Amounts of annual membership fees to be withheld one time are as follow: each additional floor seat at RMB 20,000 per year, each remote seat starting from the third (inclusive) at RMB 10,000 per year, each exchange remote seat at RMB 5,000 per year.

Euroclear Bank, the Brussels-based international central securities depository (ICSD), and CCB International Asset Management Limited (CCBIAM), the asset management arm of CCB International (Holdings) Limited (“CCB International”), and Commerzbank AG have teamed-up to issue the first ever RMB-denominated money market ETF in international form: Commerzbank CCBI Investment Funds ICVC - Commerzbank CCBI RQFII Money Market UCITS ETF.

Fidessa group plc (LSE: FDSA) today announced that Fiera Capital Corporation (“Fiera Capital”) (FSZ.TO), a leading independent Canadian investment manager, has deployed Fidessa’s investment management system (IMS) across its fixed income operations. The managed service, which includes compliance, order management, portfolio management and connectivity, has enabled Fiera Capital to quickly scale its fixed income business and accelerate time to market in a cost-effective manner. Derivatives will follow later this year.
