        CFTC Staff Issues No-Action Position Regarding Timing Of The CCO Annual ReportDate 27/03/2015 The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s (Commission) Division of Swap Dealer and Intermediary Oversight (Division) today issued a no-action letter to futures commission merchants, swap dealers and major swap participants (collectively, registrants) that provides relief from certain requirements under Regulation 3.3(f), which requires registrants to give the Commission their CCO annual report not more than 60 days after the end of their fiscal year.

        UK’s Financial Services Authority: Ryan Willmott Sentenced To 10 Months Imprisonment For Insider DealingDate 27/03/2015 Ryan Willmott, the former group reporting and financial planning manager for Logica PLC, who pleaded guilty to three counts of insider dealing on 26 February 2015, has today been sentenced to 10 months imprisonment. He was also ordered to pay £6,122 towards prosecution costs and a Confiscation Order in the sum of £23,239.75.
