Dalian Commodity Exchange: First Delivery Of Iron Ore Futures Achieved - “China-version” Iron Ore Futures Present Satisfactory Performance In 100 Days Since The Listing
The iron ore futures, which were listed on October 18 last year, saw the first delivery completed smoothly, with the I1403 Contract achieving the iron ore futures delivery of 100 contracts on the last delivery day, equivalent to 10,000 tons of spot goods. The whole delivery process was steady and smooth, fully testing the delivery process and delivery quality standards of the iron ore futures and showing that the “China-version” iron ore futures featuring the physical delivery are suitable for China’s national conditions and “market situations”.

Dhaka Stock Exchange Selects NASDAQ OMX's X-Stream INET Trading Technology - Bangladesh's Premier Exchange To Upgrade Trading System To Further Increase Regional And International Investor Demand
Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) and NASDAQ OMX (Nasdaq:NDAQ) have signed an agreement for NASDAQ OMX to deliver its industry leading trading technology, X-stream INET, to Dhaka Stock Exchange, as the exchange company looks to expand its business regionally and globally, and boost the power and resiliency of its trading system.

Interactive Brokers Offers TOM Access To Its Brokerage Clients
Interactive Brokers has decided to offer trading on TOM to its brokerage clients as of 24 March 2014. Clients will be able to trade directly on TOM in derivatives. With the connection of Interactive Brokers, more than 50% of the Dutch retail flow is executed via TOM.

I would like to talk today about how one might explicitly incorporate financial stability considerations into a monetary policy framework. Doing so involves tackling two questions--one that is relatively easy and one that is much harder. The easier question is, should financial stability concerns, in principle, influence monetary policy decisions?
