Shenzhen Stock Exchange held the 7th Session of Listed Companies’ Open House Program for Foreign Investors on March 16 and 17, 2015. More than 30 institutional investor representatives coming from the United States, Germany, France, Canada, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong, etc. visited and investigated seven listed companies, which were Bauing Decoration, Capchem, Woer, Glory Medical, Hytera, SZZT and Evenwin.

In a step that reflects the Egyptian Exchange (EGX)’ movements to consolidate its position regionaly, EGX was selected by the Federation of Euro Asian Stock Exchanges (FEAS) to provide training and technical support program to the officials of a number of European, Asian and African stock markets over 2 weeks to clarify EGX’ developments, where trainees were engaged in an intensive program to study the Egyptian trading system aspects.

FIA Releases SEF Tracker Report For January

FIA today published the latest issue of FIA SEF Tracker, a periodic report on trading activity taking place on swap execution facilities. This issue of FIA SEF Tracker includes data from January 2015 for interest rate, credit default and foreign exchange products. This issue also includes a spreadsheet containing the underlying data going back to January 2014.

Former U.K. Rabobank Trader Appears In U.S. Court To Face LIBOR Interest Rate Manipulation Charge

The former global head of liquidity and finance for Coöperatieve Centrale Raiffeisen-Boerenleenbank B.A. (Rabobank) has waived extradition and appeared in U.S. federal court today for an arraignment on charges related to his alleged role in a scheme to manipulate the U.S. Dollar (USD) and Yen London InterBank Offered Rate (LIBOR), a benchmark interest rate.
