Euronext today announced that, following a recommendation by the Nomination and Governance Committee, the Supervisory Board has unanimously approved the nomination of Stéphane Boujnah as CEO of Euronext N.V. and Chairman of the Managing Board.

U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC or Commission) Chairman Timothy Massad announced today that Eric J. Pan will be the agency’s new Director of the Office of International Affairs. Mr. Pan will join the CFTC from the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), where he serves as the Associate Director for Regulatory Policy in its Office of International Affairs.

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission) announced today that it has approved the application of LedgerX LLC (LedgerX) for temporary registration as a swap execution facility. LedgerX is a limited liability company based in Delaware; and it is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NYBX Inc., a corporation also based in Delaware.

In this role, Aadland will lead the System's activities to address fraud risk and advance the safety, security and resiliency of the payment system.
