  • Borsa İstanbul: BIST Stock Indices Ground Rules Are Revised

    Borsa İstanbul Management has decided to make the following changes in BIST Stock Indices Ground Rules;

    1. BIST National and BIST Second National Indices calculation will be terminated as being effective from 30/11/2015.
    2. BIST Stars and BIST Main Price and Return Indices which consist of stocks traded in BIST Stars and BIST Main markets respectively will be calculated and disseminated as being effective from 30/11/2015.
    3. BIST Stars Index code will be XYLDZ; BIST Main Index code will be XBANA.
    4. Starting value of BIST Stars and BIST Main Price and Return Indices will be the second session closing value of BIST 100 Index at 27/11/2015 which is calculated by using the last trade prices.
    5. BIST 30 and BIST 100 Price Indices will be started to be calculated once a second during a session effective from the 30/11/2015.
    6. 2014/6 numbered announcement made at 31/12/2014 has been cancelled and the last version of BIST Stock Indices Ground Rules has been accepted as being effective from the starting date of the New Trading System.

    The Disciplinary Committee of NASDAQ Stockholm AB (the “Exchange”) has found that Brighter AB (“Brighter”) has contravened the disclosure regulations of the First North (the “Rulebook”) and has therefore ordered Brighter to pay a fine corresponding to three times the company’s annual fee to the Exchange.
