Korea Exchange: Implementation Of Single Price Auction For Super Low Liquidity Issues During Regular Session

The Korea Exchange (KRX) has decided to change the trading method for super low liquidity issues during the regular trading hours from continuous trading with multiple prices to the single price auction with 10 minute interval in order to improve the convenience of trading. It will be implemented on June 27, 2016.

CBOE Futures Exchange, LLC (CFE®) today reported that February average daily volume (ADV) was up 23 percent from February 2015, but down 25 percent from January 2016. Exchangewide total volume also rose in February compared with a year ago, up 29 percent compared with February 2015, but down 21 percent from January 2016.

New York State Department Of Financial Services: Industrial Bank Of Korea Agrees To Strengthen Anti-Money Laundering Compliance And Controls At Bank’s New York Branch

The New York State Department of Financial Services (DFS) today announced that the Industrial Bank of Korea (IBK) has entered into a Written Agreement with DFS and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York to strengthen compliance with Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering (BSA/AML) requirements, as well as the regulations issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) at the bank’s New York Branch.
