On 20 January 2016, Belfius was voted ‘Nº 1 Bond Finance House of the Year’ for the third successive year by Euronext. This prestigious award was presented to Belfius at a ceremony attended by Belgian Finance Minister Johan Van Overtveldt and confirms the strategic role played by the bank in a constantly growing bond market.

Nasdaq Stockholm Orders BE Group To Pay A Fine Corresponding To Two Times The Company’s Annual Fee

The Disciplinary Committee of Nasdaq Stockholm has ruled that BE Group AB (“the BE Group”) has breached Nasdaq Stockholm’s regulations (“the Rulebook”) relating to generally acceptable behavior in the securities market, and thereby imposed a fine of SEK 410 000, equivalent to two annual fees, on the BE Group.

In order to help listed companies further understand the purpose and general principle for setting of announcement category of information disclosure and the basic requirement for registration of announcement category, so that they can choose the correct announcement category of information disclosure, avoid risks in relevant business practice in their information disclosure, the Shanghai Stock Exchange (the “SSE”) has formulated the “SSE Registration Guidelines for Announcement Category of Information Disclosure” (the “Guidelines”) on the basis of the “Explanations on Use of SSE Announcement Category of Information Disclosure” (Amended on August 15, 2013), as well as amended the “SSE Index Table for Announcement Category of Information Disclosure” (the “Index Table”).
