Today, Tokyo Stock Exchange approved the application by Citigroup Inc. for listing of a Yen-denominated bond with a total value of JPY 81.5 billion (tenor: 5 years, coupon: 0.457%) on the professional-oriented TOKYO PRO-BOND Market.

Tokyo Commodity Exchange: Good Delivery Material Price Differential For February 2016 Rubber Contract

The price differential of the Good Delivery material for the February 2016 contract month in the Rubber market has be determined as follows,

Pursuant to the provisions of Article 2.2 of the Rubber Delivery Detailed Rules, the price differential between the Good Delivery materials RSS No.3 and the non-standard grade RSS No.4 for the February 2016 contract month shall be -3.0 yen/kg.

At the end of the settlement date of January 29, 2016, short interest in 2,297 Nasdaq Global Market^SM securities totaled 8,204,510,918 shares compared with 8,194,947,190 shares in 2,308 Global Market issues reported for the prior settlement date of January 15, 2016. The end-of-January short interest represents 3.52 days average daily Nasdaq Global Market share volume for the reporting period, compared with 5.32 days for the prior reporting period.

CFTC’s Technology Advisory Committee Meeting Rescheduled For February 23, 2016

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced that it has rescheduled the Technology Advisory Committee (TAC) public meeting to Tuesday, February 23, 2016, from 9:45 a.m. to 3:45 p.m., at CFTC’s Washington, DC headquarters. This meeting was previously scheduled for January 26, but was cancelled because Federal Government offices in the Washington Metropolitan Area were closed due to inclement weather.
