Tokyo Stock Exchange Imposes Disciplinary Action Against Deutsche Securities Inc.

Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (hereinafter, "TSE") has taken disciplinary action (imposition of a JPY 60 million fine) against Deutsche Securities Inc. (hereinafter, the "Company") pursuant to the provisions of Rule 34, Paragraph 1 of the Trading Participant Regulations.
Additionally, TSE has requested the Company to submit a business improvement report pursuant to the provisions of Rule 19, Paragraph 1 of the same Regulations. -
SGX Electricity Market Report

SGX Electricity Futures (EF) added 20 lots in the first two weeks of February 2016. Total volume since trading start is now 1,076 lots (1,182 GWh). Open interest as at the end of last week was 575 lots (630 GWh). Daily settlement prices (DSP) in the past two weeks for all contracts remained between $53-$74/MWh, the same price range as in the prior two weeks.

MOEX Improves Clearing Of OTC Derivatives

Beginning 15 February 2016, the Moscow Exchange Standardised OTC Derivatives Market will offer new types of centrally cleared OTC transactions, FX swaps and FX forwards. These will be in addition to already available central counterparty (CCP) cleared OTC interest swaps and CCP-cleared on-exchange FX, interest and cross-currency swaps and FX forwards.
