  • MIAX Options - Introducing MIAX Member Firm Portal: Monday, October 31, 2016

    The MIAX Options Exchange is pleased to announce the introduction of the Member Firm Portal (MFP), generally available beginning Monday, October 31, 2016.   The MFP is an internet-facing portal application which will provide self-service functions to member firms.   Available day-one will be the ability to correct same-side clearing details and perform trade queries.  Requests for price or size changes and trade adjustments or busts will continue to be submitted to MIAX Regulatory and performed by Trading Operations for processing.  Additional features will be added to the MFP over time and announced via trader alert as they become available.  

  • IMF Executive Board Approves Modifications To The Method Of Collecting Exchange Rates For The Calculation Of The Value Of The SDR

    The Executive Board of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) approved on October 26, 2016 technical modifications to the methods for collecting the exchange rates used in the daily valuation of the SDR [see Board paper]. The Board decision was taken on a lapse-of-time basis. 

  • Federal Reserve Board Announces Annual Indexing Of Reserve Requirement Exemption Amount And Of Low Reserve Tranche For 2017

    The Federal Reserve Board on Thursday announced the annual indexing of two amounts used in determining reserve requirements of depository institutions. These amounts are the reserve requirement exemption amount and the low reserve tranche.

  • ACER: Implementation Of Network Code On Capacity Allocation Mechanisms Well On Track, But Not Yet Completed

    One year after the application date of the Network Code on Capacity Allocation Mechanisms (NC CAM), the Agency publishes today an Implementation Monitoring Report in which it presents the achievements as well as shortcomings and delays in the implementation process of the NC CAM. The Agency urges Transmission System Operators (TSOs) and National Regulatory Authorities (NRAs) to promptly implement all the remaining provisions of the EU legislation, giving priority to capacity bundling, virtual interconnection points and capacity maximisation.

  • ESMA Issues MiFIR Reporting Instructions

    The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has issued detailed reporting introductions and XML schemas under its Financial Instruments Reference Data System (FIRDS). FIRDS covers the Markets in Financial Instruments Regulation (MiFIR) and the Market Abuse (MAR) requirements for reference data collection and publication, collection and processing of additional data to support the MiFIR transparency regime and suspensions's coordination.
